Bo L. Navarro is a sports marketing executive with more than 30 years of experience across the NFL, MLB, and professional soccer, specializing in athlete representation, sponsorship development, and sports management. He oversees athlete identification, sponsorships, marketing, public relations, helping Filipino heritage athletes pursue opportunities to represent the Philippines on the international stage. He is also a partner and co founder of ProLine Image, a San Diego based sports marketing and communications firm.
Bo began his career with the San Diego Chargers before joining the San Diego Sockers, where he managed corporate partnerships and executed sponsorship programs across advertising, community outreach, hospitality, and special events. Before launching FilAm Sports with Olympian Ed Lasquete, he served as Executive Director of the Quentin Jammer Family Foundation. During his tenure, the foundation partnered with San Diego Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers to raise more than $1.2 million to build the San Pasqual Academy Athletic Facility, featuring a state of the art football and track and field complex.
Over the years, Bo has worked with some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment, including Manny Pacquiao, Oscar De La Hoya, LaDainian Tomlinson, Adrian Gonzalez, Edgar Gonzalez, Jessica Sanchez, Nick Novak, Jason Myers, Donald Penn, and NBA Hall of Famer Bill Walton.
Bo has been actively involved in Philippine sports for more than a decade. He first worked with the late Mike Ochosa through VivaSports Management before supporting the marketing and public relations efforts of the Philippine Athletics Track and Field Association (PATAFA). Today, he continues to work closely with national sports organizations to identify, develop, and support elite Filipino heritage athletes.
A former Division I student athlete at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Bo was a four year letter winner, team captain, and primarily competed at the No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles positions throughout his collegiate career. He won the 1997 New England Championship in both singles and doubles, finished in the program's top five all time in career victories, and was named the 1996 California Pepsi Cola Player of the Year.
Born in Manila and raised in Samal, Bataan, Bo proudly traces his family roots to Bataan and the Bicol region. He resides in San Diego with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children, Lily and Julian.
